    When i log in to the school network, sometimes it does not let me open my documents.
    can you help me with this?

    Hi Jordan, thank you for your question. I think the problem may lie with the network connection. Before you log into your account please check the back of the PC for the grey network cable. Make sure this is plugged in correctly and your problem should be resolved.
